Sri Sridhara Tirtharu was the 3rd peetadhipathi from Sri Sripadarajaru. During his time, he received a village in Muluvay as a gift to Sri Matha. This village was bestowed upon Mulubagal Kallu Matada Sri Sridhara Tirtha Sripada Wodeyar in the year 1605 by the Maha Mandaleswara of Mulbagal, Thimmarajaya, son of Maha Mandaleswara Virapratapa Ranga Raya.
The stone inscription mentions that the village was granted for the Lakshmi Narayana devara Amrutha Padi. Sri Sridhara Theertha stayed near Sri Padaraja's Brindavan and looked after the Ashram for many years. He encouraged numerous disciples to engage in learning.
He appointed Sri Gopalaswamy Theertha, one of his disciples, as his successor. Finally, in 1598 on Ashwayuja Shudha Chaturdashi, Sri Sridhara Theertha entered Brindavan.
