Sri Sripathi Theertha looked after the ashram for more than 35 years. He worshipped Lord Sri Ranga Vittala and carried forward the Bhakthi ideology of Sri Sripadaraja. He enlightened the common people about Bhakthi by traveling around Mulbagal for some time.
On Vaishaka Bahula Panchami, he handed over the Ashram to Sri Sridhara Theertha and entered Brindavan in Marandahalli near Mulbagal.
