Sri Viswesha Theertha is the tenth saint in the lineage of gurus following Sri Janardhana Theertha in the guru parampare of Krishnapura mutt.
Sri Viswesha Theertha received his Ashrama from Sri Viswadheesha Theertha and served as the head of the Peeta for a period of 13 years.
He performed the archana (ritual worship) of the deity with 10,000 Tulsi leaves, demonstrating his devotion.
Sri Viswesha Theertha was renowned as a great tapasvi (ascetic practitioner), indicating his dedication to spiritual austerity.
It is said that he observed very difficult vrata (austerities or vows), such as consuming very limited food on a daily basis.
Upon passing on the leadership to Sri Viswavandya Theertha, it is said that Sri Viswesha Theertha entered Vrundavana at Ramasethu. However, thorough research is necessary to confirm this account.
