Sri Viswavandya Theertha is the eleventh saint in the lineage of gurus following Sri Janardhana Theertha in the guru parampare of Krishnapura mutt.
Sri Viswavandya Theertha received his Ashrama from Sri Viswesha Theertha and served as the head of the Peeta for a period of 11 years.
He was renowned as a great scholar and conducted Sudha mangala, a sacred ritual, six times during his tenure.
Upon relinquishing the leadership to Sri Viswaraja Theertha, it is said that Sri Viswavandya Theertha entered Vrundavana at Manikarnika (Kashi). However, thorough research is necessary to confirm this account.
