Shri Sudhindra Teertharu was the 28th Pontiff of Shri Puttige Math. His guru was Shri Vidyadeesha Teertharu of Krishnapura Math, and his disciple was Shri Sujnanendra Teertharu. He served as the pontiff for 79 years. His Poorvashrama name was Shri Krishna Upadhyaya. His Brindavan is located at Udupi, and his Aradhana is observed in the month of Phalguna, during the Shukla Paksha, on the Poornima Tithi.
