Rice Flour - 1 Cup Salt - As required Cumin Seeds - 1 Tablespoon Oil - As required to fry Water - 1 ½ Cup Curry Leaves - As Required Grated Coconut - ¼ Cup
Instructions
Boil the Water in a vessel
Mix Rice Flour, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Grated Coconut and Curry Leaves as required in a Bowl.
Gradually add the hot water in the Bowl and knead it well and make a firm dough.
Heat Oil in a Pan.
Take smaller portions of dough and roll them in small circular shape like a Vada.
Deep fry the Vada in the Pan. Wait until it turns golden brown. You can fry 2-3 Vadas at a time in the Pan.
