Rice Flour - 1 Cup
Salt - As required
Cumin Seeds - 1 table spoon
Oil - As required to fry.
Water - 1 ½ Cup
Curry Leaves - As Required
Grated Coconut - ¼ Cup

Method
- · Boil the Water in a vessel
- · Mix Rice Flour, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Grated Coconut and Curry Leaves as required in a Bowl.
- · Gradually add the hot water in the Bowl and knead it well and make a firm dough.
- · Heat Oil in a Pan.
- · Take smaller portions of dough and roll them in small circular shape like a Vada.
- · Deep fry the Vada in the Pan. Wait until it turns golden brown. You can fry 2-3 Vadas at a time in the Pan.
- · Serve with Chutney or Ketchup
