Ingredients Moong/Green Gram Dal – 1 ½ Cup Rice – ½ Cup Water – As needed Salt – As needed
Soak Moong/Green Gram Dal and rice in water separately for one hour. Drain it and grind it as a paste separately. Keep the paste in room temperature for about 2 hours. Don’t let it ferment. Mix both the paste, add salt. Add water if you need it a bit semi-liquid. Prepare Dosa from this and serve it hot.
