Sri Vidyanidhi Theertha devoted himself to the worship of the deities Sri Gopinatha and Sri Ranga Vittala, along with paying reverence to Srinidhi Theertha, Sri Lakshmipathi Theertha, and Sri Lakshmimanohara Theertha. Following a period of stay in Mulbagal, he embarked on a journey to Palli Pallyam in Tamil Nadu.
Upon reaching Palli Pallyam, he chose to settle along the banks of the River Cauvery, where he immersed himself in the pursuit of both scientific knowledge and religious discourse. His keen interest in these subjects guided his actions during his stay, which spanned over 15 years.
Eventually, Sri Vidyanidhi Theertha attained immortalization in Brindavan on Vaishakha Shudha Padya, during the Nala Samvatsara, in the serene surroundings of Pallipalayam, marking the conclusion of his earthly existence and the beginning of his eternal presence in the hearts of his devotees.
