Shri Vadindra Tirtharu's Purvashrama elder brother, Venugopalacharya, had three sons. All of them adorned the Pitha as follows:
Purushotamacharya took Sanyasa in 1746 and continued to serve his Gurugalu. He became the Pithadhipati after his Gurugalu attained Brindavana in 1750.
During Shri Vasudendra Tirtharu's time, Mantralaya was officially handed over to the Mata. Also, there were other villages and properties gifted to the Mata during his time by various rulers.
He wrote a commentary on the "Gurugunasthavana" work of his Gurugalu, Shri Vadindra Tirtharu. His other work is "Tantra Sara".
Shri Jagannatha Dasaru had composed a song on this saint - "Shri Vasudendra Raya Gana Marutha".
