Sri Kamalaksha Theertha received his Ashrama from Sri Adhokshaja Theertha and served as the leader of the Peeta for a span of 17 years.
He was widely recognized as a distinguished scholar, possessing deep knowledge of various Shastras (sacred texts).
Sri Kamalaksha Theertha authored a notable work titled "Harigatha," showcasing his literary prowess.
Embarking on a pilgrimage across the length and breadth of India, he eventually passed away on the banks of the river Ganga on the 5th day of Kartika Shudha.
Following his tenure, Sri Kamalaksha Theertha entrusted the leadership of the Peeta to Sri Pushkaraksha Theertha.
It's believed that Sri Kamalaksha Theertha entered Vrindavan on the banks of the river Ganga after relinquishing his duties, although the precise location of his Vrindavan requires further research for confirmation.
