Shri Satyadhyana Vidyapeetha

The Satyadhyana Vidyapeetha was established in 1956 by the late Shri Vidvan M. R. Gopalacharya. In 1973, a proper infrastructure was constructed with essential facilities necessary for students to pursue Vedic Studies. Over the past few decades, there has been a consistent increase in the number of students enrolling for Vedic Studies at the Satyadhyana Vidyapeetha.

The conception of the Satyadhyana Vidyapeetha was originally envisioned by Shri Satyadhyana Teertha Swamiji, and this vision was actualized by his disciple, Shri Vidvan M.R. Gopalacharya.

Throughout its existence, the Vidyapeetha has produced numerous distinguished scholars who have greatly contributed to the Madhwa Community. Notably, Shri Shri Satyatma Teertha Swamiji, the current Peetadipati of Shri Uttaradi Math, was also a student of this esteemed institution during his “Poorvashrama”.

At present, the Satyadhyana Vidyapeetha is efficiently managed by one of our era's eminent scholars and highly respected Poojaniya Kulapati, Shri Mahuli Vidyasimhacharya. He is the knowledgeable disciple and son of Poojaniya Vidvan Shri Mahuli Gopalacharya, who laid the foundation of this esteemed institution.
