Sita Jayanthi

Sita Navami, also known as Sita Jayanti, Janki Navami, or Janki Jayanti, commemorates the birth of Maa Sita, the revered consort of Lord Rama. This auspicious festival is observed on the Navami (ninth day) of the Shukla Paksha (waxing phase of the moon) in the lunar month of Maagha.
