Shri Sujayeendra Teertharu was the 37th pontiff of Shri Raghavendra Swamy Matha, serving from 1967 to 1986. His guru was Shri Suyameendra Teertharu, and his ashrama shishya was Shri Sushameendra Teertharu. His poorvashrama name was Shri Venkataraghavendracharya.
