Shri Bhuvanendra Teertharu was the 25th Pontiff of Shri Puthige Math. His guru was Shri Surendra Teertharu, and his disciples were Shri Yogindra Teertharu and Shri Vidyadeesha Teertharu of Krishnapura Math. He served as the pontiff for 38 years. His Brindavan is located at Tirthahalli, and his Aradhana is observed in the month of Kartheeka, during the Shukla Paksha, on the Tritiya Tithi.
