Sukratal (aka Sukasthal) is between Delhi and Haridwar.  This is the place where Srimad Bhagavatam was narrated by Sukha Rishi to King Parischit.  A Tree stands tall in that place for several years.  This tree is considered a witness to the first ever discourse on Srimad Bhagavatam.
