Sri Veera Madhava Theertha is the twentieth saint in the lineage of Tambihalli Mutt, succeeding Sri Madhava Theertha. He took Ashrama from Sri Srinivasa Madhava Theertha and served as the head of the Peeta for about 29 years.

Prior to his life as a saint, Sri Veera Madhava Theertha, known as Sri Bheemacharya in his Poorvashrama, was a headmaster of a school. He possessed diverse talents, being a skilled debater, a lover of music, an actor, and an exponent of Harikatha.

Sri Veera Madhava Theertha was renowned for his extraordinary abilities. He could discern a person's attitude, character, and even their horoscope simply by observing them, without referring to any texts or Shastra.

On one occasion, a cook brought milk mixed with poison for offering to the Sri Veera Rama idol. By observing the cook's behavior, Sri Veera Madhava Theertha discerned his guilt and prompted him to confess. He reprimanded the cook, emphasizing the importance of righteousness over material gain.

Sri Veera Madhava Theertha composed many Kannada songs dedicated to Sri Veera Rama. He performed Samsthana Pooja for 29 years. In his 80th year, he bestowed the Ashrama to Sri Krishna Murthy Achar, a devout devotee of Hanuman who was working in the police department. Sri Veera Madhava Theertha then entered Vrindavana at Tambihalli.

He performed Honey Abhisheka to Tambihalli Mukhyaprana, installed by Sri Vyasarajaru, and offered prayers to him with full faith, without any personal desires. Sri Veera Madhava Theertha renamed Sri Krishna Murthy Achar as Sri Sathya Madhava Theertha before his departure into Vrindavana.
