Sri Vasudeva Theertha occupies the esteemed position as the tenth saint in the guru parampare lineage of the Pejawar Mutt, succeeding Sri Adhokshaja Theertha.

He received his Ashrama from Sri Damodara Theertha and served as the leader of the Peeta for a duration of 18 years.

Sri Vasudeva Theertha was renowned as a great scholar and had a penchant for embarking on pilgrimage tours.

After appointing Sri Vadeendra Theertha as his successor, Sri Vasudeva Theertha embarked on a pilgrimage tour to North India.

He departed from his mortal body on the banks of the river Bhagirathi on the full moon day of Kartika.

The exact location of his demise requires further research for confirmation.
