Previous (Shri Suresha Teertharu) | Next (Shri Raghunandana Teertharu)
He is the fourteenth in the lineage. A disciple worthy of his guru, he observed difficult vows such as the chaandraayana. Being a great scholar himself, he conducted lessons and discourses as incessantly as breath. He is a distinguished seer who has conducted Shrimanyaayasudha mangala eight times. Alongside teaching, he also went on pilgrimages.
In this way, he adorned the peeta for a period of 13 years and in Shalivahana shaka 1465 (1543 A.D.) Shubhakrit samvatsara maagha shuddha ashtami (bheeshmaashtami), he attained the feet of Lord Ranganatha at Shriranga.
