In this Mutt, the installation ceremony (prathisTapane) of Shrinivasa Devara was conducted by Shri Vyasaraja after he completed 12 years of worship to Tirumala Shrinivasa Devaru. Additionally, he also performed the prathisTapane of Prana Devaru at this location. The Brindavana of Shri Lakshmi Prasanna Teertha is situated in front of Shri Pranadevaru.
Shri Purandara Dasaru built a stone mandapa (kal mantapa) for his teacher, Shri Vyasaraja, to conduct worship, which remains present to this day.
Several decades ago, Shri Haridasaratnam Gopala Dasaru performed the installation ceremonies (prathisTapane) of Shri Purandara Dasaru and Shri Vijaya Dasaru at this place.
